Welcome to the Good Grief Dye Studio, the creative heart of our Toronto-based shop. Owned and operated by dyer Mariah Ricciuto, our studio is dedicated to bringing vibrant, soul-warming colour to the fibre arts community. The Yarn: We believe that every maker deserves a beautiful palette, regardless of their project's fibre needs. Our yarn is dyed in small batches using professional-grade, non-toxic dyes. We offer a diverse range of bases to suit every season and style, spanning: Fibres: Both premium animal fibres and breathable plant-based blends. Weights: A full spectrum from lace weight to squishy, super bulky. Handmade Notions: In addition to our yarn, we curate a collection of "maker essentials" designed to bring joy to your process. This includes our needle minders and our whimsical, handmade stitch marker sets. At Good Grief, we are more than just a dye studio; we are a celebration of the rhythm of making.
